I grew up in the northern lake country of Minnesota, "Land of 10,000 Lakes" and remember all the neat wooden fishing boats when I was a kid in the 1950's. So after hunting around in the summer of 2009 I came up with a 1947 Larson "Speed Runabout", made in Little Falls, MN.
